Watching the wheels ….

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 9:58 am

Morning all – Chris is much more stable on his legs now – in fact he’s made us permanently remove the wheelchair from his room!  He had a very quiet weekend, which is good ‘cos last week we overdid it and exhausted him for the following week’s therapy. He’s been playing piano and watched a film with John & Liesha. We also spent some time Beatling out to The Anthology series. Next weekend I’m going to try & set-up some sorta recording/playback system so that Chris can start getting some ideas down for the Tall Dwarfs album – or, at the minimum, to give him a creative outlet for a while. His drawing continues to improve & we get some fantastic written sentences ala ‘In His Own Write’ – I’ll stick some on the blog soon.

The great news keeps coming. The early reports in June questioned his ability to walk again — glad to see how far he has come. Looking forward to any sort of posting of Chris’ material — drawing, writing, audio.

Maybe I have something for him to listen to…if he’s using a CD player now, that is(?)!

Please let me know if he can use a disc player, thanks.

This is my cheer-up read! Chris’s recovery is news that gets better and better. Ah, ze leetle grey cells, zey grow stronger day by day, zey find zeir own way to solve ze problemzz.
It’s a great antidote to all the bad news and issues we are supposed to fret about.

    Well,Chris(and friends)…

I’ve posted a gift of music to you from the Fab Four’s past!

It’ll have a “Black Plastic Sound” return address on it(in a bubble pack). I think you will get some enjoyment out of it.
